WATER REMOVAL
The first step in flood restoration and water damage restoration emergency services is to extract excess water from the building to remove immediate risk and limit ongoing damage to buildings and content. Our vans are equipped with truck mounted extractors and dedicated portable water extractors for fast and efficient non-destructive water extraction and removal in case of flooding.

STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS & MOISTURE READINGS
Once the water has been taken care of, we will analyse your premises to ascertain the extent of flood damage and recommend any further action. Utilising non-invasive thermal imaging to scan for water damage and residual damp spots allows our team to then create an action plan for limiting ongoing losses.

DRYING AND DEHUMIDIFYING
Employing proper structural drying techniques that evaporate hidden damp spots is an essential step in minimising water damage. Flooding, whether from natural disaster or pipe failure, can cause long-term damage if the building is not properly dried out. We have an exceptionally large stock of the latest specialised drying and dehumidifying equipment which we will install, followed by return visits to monitor the progress of drying.
